If man is still alive

Thank you, Dave. One of these days, I will probably have to shut down because although the government stuff is not copyright protected, the rest probably is. But the site has no commercial purpose. I am very careful about this, but it does not absolve me. I just want to try to get this information out to as many people as possible.
