Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters Announces Endorsements  

Madison – Today, Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters announced the candidates who 
have earned their endorsement in this summer’s elections.  The following candidates have been endorsed:

SD 18  Jessica King,  Fond du Lac 
SD 22  Senator Bob Wirch,  Kenosha 
SD 30  Senator Dave Hansen,  Green Bay 
SD 32  Representative Jennifer Shilling,  La Crosse 
AD 48  Chris Taylor,  Madison 


Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters is the only conservation organization in the state 
dedicated to electing pro-conservation candidates to the state legislature, the Governor’s office and other state offices.  A set of the endorsed candidates met the criteria for "automatic” endorsement based on their past performance as legislators.  Others participated in the endorsement process by completing a candidate questionnaire and an in-depth interview with members of the Board of Directors.
