Latest U.S. Tornado Statistics (AWIPS ID:STAMTS*)

These stats are way behind, so check back in a couple of weeks -- number of suspected tornadoes for the past two weeks are about 400% above the 10-year average, and these data have not yet been included in the table below.  The table is best viewed with an Internet browser other than Chrome (for some strange reason).  The number of preliminary tornadoes for the past two weeks is nearly 280.
