Noctilucent clouds caused by methane?

This video is weird.  It starts out by talking about space dust, as if space dust were the reason for noctilucent clouds.  It isn't until the last minute or so that they tell us that methane above the Arctic is the reason for the noctilucent clouds.  Of course, this does not explain the whole first two minutes of the video.
