Situation may evolve in a not-so-bad way (ie, less worse than last year), due to different wind patterns.<BR/><BR/>However, I tend to think that the quite thin ice will be much more vulnerable; this ice is fragmented, which augments the size of the ice/water and ice/air interfaces - thus thawing faster...<BR/><BR/>And, the bulletin seems to occur twice a month now.
